MAJOR HOLD UP IN OWERRI CAUSED BY THE ONGOING RALLY FOR ELECTIONS 2015.

Yesterday in the city of Owerri His Excellency Good luck Ebere Jonathan,came to rally,5 days ago Presidential candidate Muhammad Buhari,came to Owerri for rally too,The government the always block wethedral road when ever there is a rally,Therefore causing a major hold up in the city of Owerri,Is us the poor masses that are left to suffer it,Imagine I was rushing to meet up with a dead line but I was stuck in a hold up for 2hour's and there are people that are stuck like that too,I.e student coming back from school,people being rushed to the hospital e.t.c,We the mass wish during rallies the government should free our roads for free car passages.
